Air & Ocean Partners do not cheat each other with increased rates as net rates. Only real netrates will help gaining new business to the members of Air & Ocean Partners Communication:
Air & Ocean Partners commit themselves to reply any incoming mail within one day after receipt (considering labour days). Faster, whenever possible.
Profit Share:
Honesty and trust – the base for a successfull partnership in the Air & Ocean Partners network. Payment among partners in the Air & Ocean Partners network:
Air & Ocean Partners take care of each partner´s cashflow. The AOP business ethics include a payment of all collect amounts within 30 days.

Regular Newsletters:
Any news in the network e.g. new partners, changes in addresses or staff, anything of importance – all this will be provided by regular newsletters via e-mail.
Regular meetings: Air & Ocean Partners holds two meetings on different continents per year. With only one travel you can meet your partners in the Air & Ocean Partners network from all over the world at one place. You can build up relationships for new cooperation and business in new markets among the AOP-network.

Routing Orders sent from one member of Air & Ocean Partners to another will be presented to shippers within 48 hours. You will receive immediate feedback of your AOP-partner.
Sales Leads
Address material only is not a sales lead. Air & Ocean Partners work out information into a detailed and success-promising real sales lead.
Netrates
Each Air & Ocean Partners Member can communicate his latest netrates or FOB tariff in the secured Partner´s Area. By doing this, he strengthens his own position in the Air & Ocean Partners Network because all other partners have permanent access to his netrates.
